Bruce’s rare appearance comes after stepping back from his acting career in recent years
Bruce Willis made a rare public appearance at his daughter Tallulah Willis’ wedding.
On Friday, Aug. 14, Vogue shared several photos on Instagram from Tallulah, 32, and Justin Acee’s Aug. 8 wedding. The post included a snapshot of the newlyweds with the Die Hard actor, along with behind-the-scenes photos of the ceremony.
Bruce, 71, can be seen in one black-and-white photo smiling with one arm around Tallulah as she leaned into him, while Acee appeared to be holding his other hand.
The Sixth Sense star’s attendance at the wedding comes after he stepped back from his acting career in recent years, having been diagnosed with aphasia in 2022 and frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in early 2023.

In other photos Vogue shared, the 32-year-old daughter of Bruce and Demi Moore is seen standing in a field in her wedding dress with her mom, 63, and her sisters, Rumer Willis and Scout Willis.
She can also be seen embracing the Ghost actress before the ceremony and walking down the aisle with Acee after tying the knot.
Tallulah was also pictured in a white mini dress at the wedding reception at night.
According to Vogue, Tallulah and Acee tied the knot in the backyard of the bride’s family home in Hailey, Idaho — a place they told the outlet had a special place in their hearts.
“It’s the place where I learned to run free and be the dreamer that I am today,” Tallulah told the outlet. “Justin and I have spent so much time up there that even though it has such histrionic pull for me, he feels very much a part of the fabric of the property.”
The bride wore a custom gown made by Balenciaga’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli for the ceremony, per Vogue. She also worked with Moore’s longtime stylist Brad Goreski to pull together the look.
Tallulah emphasized the significance of her wedding dress to Vogue, saying, “The best part of the dress is the magnitude. It’s the thing that’s getting me to my new husband. We made a decision at the very beginning of our relationship that we were going to choose each other every day.”

She continued, “My biggest hope [for the dress] was that [it would be] something magical, but magical in a way that was unexpected, kind of like me.”

On Tuesday, Aug. 11, Moore shared a carousel of Instagram photos from Tallulah’s wedding dress fitting. The post featured several sweet moments, including one of her placing a veil on her daughter’s head.
“A glimpse into my beloved Tallulah’s wedding dress fitting. All the tender moments leading up to her beautiful day are forever etched in my heart. So grateful we were able to share this precious event together as a family,” she captioned the post.

Two days earlier, Tallulah shared three pictures from her special day while teasing, “More to come.”
The first picture showed her standing in her strapless white gown while looking away from the camera. The second one was of her posing with a serious expression and her arms angled, while the third showed her smiling.
Tallulah announced her engagement to Acee in December 2024.
Sharing an Instagram post that included a photo of her and Acee holding hands over a rose-petal pathway with her engagement band on display, she wrote, “Everyday.”
Tallulah is the youngest of Moore and Bruce’s three daughters, following Rumer and Scout. The actor also shares daughters Mabel and Evelyn with his wife Emma Heming Willis.
In a recent interview with Hoda Kotb on her Making Space podcast, Emma, who turned 50 in June, opened up about her decision to have a celebration amid her caregiving journey for Bruce.
“I, you know, have not really been in the celebratory feelings of late,” she said. “I was unsure if I really wanted to do anything, but I had a friend of mine who kept sort of pushing and saying, ‘You know what? You don’t wanna miss out on your 50th. You have to celebrate in some form or fashion.’ And I really sat with that, and I thought about it. And I thought, ‘You know what? I don’t wanna look back and think, why didn’t I celebrate 50?’ ”
