Kristen Bell has provided fans with a behind-the-scenes update on the development of Frozen 3 ahead of its scheduled arrival next year.
The 46-year-old American actor voiced the character of Anna across the first two instalments of the hit animated musical franchise, a part she is reprising for the third movie.
Documenting her visit on Instagram, she shared an image showing her arriving at the Disney Animation Studios building in California with her pet dog Frank before heading inside the premises.
A second photograph captured Frank posing in front of studio animation drawings featuring Anna alongside Elsa, voiced by Idina Menzel.
She wrote beside the social media pictures: "Accompanied by my temporary admin assistant."
The upcoming film will also see Menzel, 55, reprise her role, alongside Josh Gad, who voices Olaf the snowman.

In February, he shared his own post inside Disney’s studios.
Posing with directors Jennifer Lee and Trent Correy and producer Christina Chen, he captioned the photo: “3rd time is always the charm. Time to build another snowman.”

Although plot details of the third film are yet to be revealed, during an appearance on Good Morning America in June, Gad also said the upcoming release was the “funniest of the three movies I’ve ever recorded”.
He added: “There’s some unbelievable stuff, unbelievable developments.”
The original Frozen film was released in 2013 and became a juggernaut for Disney, making nearly $1.3 billion (£900 million) at the global box office and generating a massive merchandising revenue stream.

The musical animation follows the story of the newly crowned Queen Elsa and her sister Anna, as Elsa accidentally uses her ice-making powers to curse her home to an infinite winter.
The original won the Academy Awards for best animated feature and best original song with ‘Let It Go’, as well as both the Golden Globe Award and Bafta for best animated feature film, as well as two Grammys.
Frozen 2 was released in 2019 and followed the characters as they set out to find the origin of Elsa’s powers in order to save their kingdom.
In November 2023, then-Disney chief executive Bob Iger confirmed that Frozen 4 was also in the works.
Frozen 3 will be released in cinemas on 24 November, 2027.
