Jennifer Lopez is heating up your timeline.
On Sunday, April 26, the 56-year-old superstar shared a series of sexy gym selfies on Instagram, showing off her seriously toned abs.
In the photoset, Lopez poses in front of a mirror in a cropped white knit top with long sleeves and a plunging neckline. She layered a black sports bra underneath and teamed the shirt with black leggings that she folded at the waist to further flaunt her ripped stomach.
The "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer also wore white crew socks and white sneakers.
In one photo, Lopez's long, honey blonde hair cascades over one shoulder and nearly touches her belly button. In the other two snaps, her locks are pulled back into a messy updo.
In the comment section, fans are praising Lopez's dedication to her workout routine.

Lopez recently showed off her muscles when celebrating the end of her Up All Night residency in Las Vegas. After performing her last concert on Saturday, March 28, the star traded her glitzy stage costumes for a glam black dress complete with feathered sleeves.

The number, which was the Verona dress by Lily Phellera, was designed to show some skin with its daring open back (that scooped low enough to accentuate her curves) and ab-baring cutouts. She topped off the ensemble with dazzling stud earrings, a high bun and a glowy makeup look.

Lopez captioned the photo with a sweet farewell message that echoed the emotions she felt before stepping onto The Colosseum stage at Caesars Palace for the last time.
"Last show tonight. Full heart. To my band, my crew, my dancers, my background vocalists and every single fan who was part of the most incredible Happy Era, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. The best is yet to come," she wrote alongside an Instagram carousel featuring highlights of her circuit.
The singer and actress kicked off her residency on Dec. 30, 2025. The show featured a setlist full of her classic hits while introducing a blend of modern-day music and jazzy, old-school Vegas style.
