Joy Behar mistakenly referred to new mom and cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin as a "mother-to-be."
The live flub came two months after Griffin gave birth to her first child, Justin Griffin.
In 2023, Whoopi Goldberg abruptly paused the show to ask Griffin if she was pregnant, though she wasn't at the time.
The View's Joy Behar apparently forgot that cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin had a baby — and missed weeks of work while on maternity leave — earlier this year.
The 83-year-old comedian flubbed a segment on Tuesday's episode when, during an interview with Running Point star Brenda Song, she mistakenly referred to Griffin as a "mother-to-be" despite Griffin giving birth roughly two months ago.
"Let's talk about this, because you and Macaulay have two sons," Behar told Song, who shares her children with actor Macaulay Culkin.
"So, you're already an experienced mother. We have a mother-to-be sitting at the table," Behar said, motioning toward Griffin, who appeared shocked by her colleague's words as she turned toward the audience with a surprised look on her face.

"No, I had the baby!" Griffin, 36, said, as Behar hung her head in her hands following the mix-up.
"Wait a second, I keep telling her to bring that baby in. As far as I know, she hasn't had it yet," Behar said, recovering from the mistake. "Do you have any tips for her?"
Song then told Griffin that the early stages of a baby's life go "by so fast," so she should "enjoy every moment" she can.
"The hours are long, the days are long, but the months fly by," the former Disney Channel star said. "I have a son going into kindergarten. I'm like, I can't believe someone allowed me to have children, I'm a child myself!"

Behar's flub came over two years after moderator Whoopi Goldberg famously paused a live 2023 episode to ask if Griffin was pregnant, which shocked the conservative panelist in the moment.
Griffin has long been open about her pregnancy journey, after completing IVF treatments ahead of the birth of her first child, Justin Griffin, in February of this year.
On the talk show's Behind the Table podcast, Griffin explained why she decided to name her baby after her husband, after initially picking out a different name before she underwent a "traumatic" birth experience at the hospital.

"Once he was born, my placenta got stuck, so I started to hemorrhage. It's in that moment where, four hours of active labor, you're finally holding your child, it's the most magical thing," Griffin remembered.
"In that moment where they handed him to me, I looked at my husband and everything flashed before my eyes: The two years of IVF, the money, the toll on my body, the hormones, the screaming at my husband — you get a different version of your spouse when they're going through all of that," Griffin said.

Her husband being by her side during both the IVF process and "a really scary final stretch of labor," Griffin elaborated, cemented the name she chose for her first child in that moment: "I was like, this is Justin. This is somebody I can only hope is going to be a kind, decent, humble, amazing man like my husband, and it just fit."
